Introduction

First held in 2015 the annual Art of Motoring Exhibition started as a collaboration between the Royal Automobile Club , Pitlane Productions and Historic Car Art.

A big thank you to all twenty-one leading British automotive artists with invited guest artist Stefan Johansson who took part in the 2020 Art of Motoring Exhibition. Presented by Rupert Whyte of Historic Car Art and Andrew Marriott of Pitlane Productions in association with the Royal Automobile Club. The show was held virtually for the first time, running from 31st October to 11th November.

If you viewed any work during the 2020 exhibition that you wish to enquire about purchasing, please contact Rupert at Historic Car Art or Andrew at Pitlane Productions who will be able to assist you.

We will be back for the 2021 exhibition, hopefully in real life as well as virtually!

The enjoyment of art

“One of the things I love most about working with such a fantastically talented bunch of artists is when they send new artworks to us at the gallery. The opening up of the parcel, unwrapping and seeing a new piece of artwork in real life for the first time is really special. I am still in awe of the talent of these guys every time I do this, even after 15 years!” Rupert Whyte, Founder Historic Car Art
